Bio
McCarthy is in her first season with the RedStorm coaching staff, where she serves as an assistant distance coach.
McCarthy is a 2024 graduate of the University of Rio Grande, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
During her time as a student-athlete at Rio Grande, McCarthy was an All-American in both Cross Country and Track & Field (5,000m).
She also is the school record-holder in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase (10:55).
