Bio

     Hier is in her first season as a member of the RedStorm coaching staff, where she serves as a distance coach and as the women's recruiting director.
     Hier is a graduate of Malone University, where she was a four-year member of the school's cross country and track & field programs. She was also a three-time captain.
     Hier currently serves at the USATF Women's 6k Executive Assistant, overseeing an event which attracts Olympians to Canton, Ohio.
     She is also USATF certified, with an undergrad in Exercise Science, and is an ACSM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer).
