Rio's Forrest claims weekly RSC honor

     MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - Grace Forrest from the University of Rio Grande was named the River States Conference Female Track Athlete of the Week on Monday.
     The redshirt junior from Woodstock, Ohio began the outdoor season by winning the 5,000-meter race walk at the Cumberlands Early Season Meet hosted by the University of the Cumberlands at James H. Taylor II Stadium in Williamsburg, Ky.
     Forrest's time of 26:15.37 met the "A" qualifying standard for the NAIA National Championships later this Spring, while also ranking as the fastest time in the NAIA thus far.
