Bio

     Morales, a native of Quibdo-Choco, Columbia, is in his first season as a member of the RedStorm coaching staff.
     Morales is a 2021 graduate from Cundinamarca University in Bogota, Columbia where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Sciences and Physical Education.
     He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Coaching and Leadership from the University of Rio Grande.
     His previous playing experience includes serving as a middle blocker in the Bogota Volleyball League from 2012-2022 and with the Columbian National Team from 2013-2018.
     Morales' previous coaching experience comes from serving as the head coach of Club Sport Voyager in Bogota from 2018-2021. He was also the Strength and Conditioning Coach at KUNDA GYM in Bogota from 2019-2021.
     Morales' duties at Rio Grande include assisting at practices and competitions, recruiting, managing the physical preparation of student-athletes and managing the program's social media accounts.
     His personal quote to follow is, "Struggle is not an option: it's a biological requirement" (Coyle, 2009).
