Bio

     Mracek is in his first season as a member of the RedStorm coaching staff.
     Mracek began his coaching career as a Student Manager at Bowling Green State University with a men’s basketball team which produced multiple 20-win seasons.
     After graduation in 2020 with a degree in Business Analytics and Intelligence, he took a position on Cleveland State University’s men’s basketball team as a Graduate Assistant/ Assistant Video Coordinator. While at CSU, Mracek helped the team win back-to-back Horizon League regular season championships and 2021 Horizon League Tournament.
     Mracek graduated from CSU with a Master’s Degree in Sports Facility Management.
     After CSU, Mracek became a men’s basketball assistant coach at Lakeland Community College for two seasons. While at Lakeland, the team won back-to-back OCCAC championships as well as a Region 12 Runner Up finish in 2024. He helped send 11 players to 4-year schools after Lakeland.
