RedStorm anglers close out '24 schedule at "The Chick"

     DAYTON, Tenn. - The University of Rio Grande Bass Fishing Team wrapped up its final event of the calendar year last Friday at the MLF qualifier on "The Chick" - aka Chickamauga Lake.
     Leading the way for the Redstorm was the tandem of senior Cody Brumfield (Gallipolis, OH) and freshman Cameron Burgess (Oxford, OH), who finished the event with a five-fish limit totaling 13 lbs. for 45th place in a field of 250 competitors.
     The freshman duo of Noah Cremeens (Gallipolis, OH) and Coen Davis (Jackson, OH) finished the event with four fish weighing 8.04 lbs., good enough for 110th place.
     Also competing in the event for Rio was the team of senior Austin Shields (Albany, OH) and freshman Tyler Eggers (Jackson, OH).
